We are here with another episode of online marketing made easy. And today we want to talk about building online presence. You being online in the digital world. It's more important than ever before, because when you want to survive in this market, you need a strong online presence, for costumer can research you and also you at the same time can build your own brand,
Your online presence is more important than ever in this ever changing digital world.
I know you heard already of Meta Verse, which you should also consider building out, but foremost, you want to build out your online landscape for your digital presence. Let people find you now and research you at their convenience online. This allows you to meet your costumer half way, especially then when they want to research somebody and want to find you. And want to use you as their resource of buying or selling properties or of buying or selling products in the digital space.
You should very much and the next step is to build out your online presence. This comes along also with building out your personal brand. You want to familiarize yourself with metaverse, which you heard about it. Mark Zuckerberg spoke about his Facebook is now Meta. Facebook recently has rebranded themselves to Meta where we are now talking about augmented and virtual reality. We are not in that space just yet.
Yes, but you want to familiarize yourself with the terms and what you can do. But right now it is important that you build out your online platform form, especially through social media platform. You can promote your business or even promote yourself to be present in the digital world. A strong online presence is a must in today's market.
Costumer want to research you. They can get to know you, and you also can build out your online presence, build your own personal brand and how you can do it very easy. First off through social media platforms. But also you can interact with your website with your blog, but social media is the easiest form to get yourself out into the world, into the digital world.
Just think about how many times you are researching somebody online before you even engage. Even if you are getting a client referral, those people I can assure you will research you online. If you are a good fit. And if they want to make the next step and want to engage you as their representation to buy or sell.
Then if you don't think about all your leads, you want to have us a lead for you. It is important to build your online presence. So everybody, your new client opportunity can come in and get to know you first and are able to research who you are, what you represent, and if they want to move forward with you, think about connecting with people on social media.
Instead of thinking about lead think of them as client opportunities. I don't like the word lead because for me, it is always a new client opportunity. And you want to build new client opportunities where you are connecting with your costumer. And with your new client opportunities where they get to know you. So when you build a connection, now it is much, much easier to convert those new client opportunities into paying costumers.
Don't think about only lead generation. You want a conversation with your leads because without lead conversations, there will be no conversion because simply those new client opportunities don't know who you are. They don't trust you yet, and they will not buy with you or from you. Because they are not trusting you.
My recommendation to online digital presence use strategy should be that you are building a community building to connect and communicate with your new client opportunity. Let them feel that you are connected with them and let them get to know you so that it is much, much easier for them to make a connection that you are the right one. They want to do business with, let them get to know you.
You probably have heard of the know, like and trust factor. And that's what you should do. The thing building out your brand, building your business and social media. Also helping you as always watching your insights. Then now you understand how your costumer connecting with you, what works for you or what doesn't work for you.
Let's talk about Facebook who gives us good insights, where we are now can see how costumer reacting to our pictures, to our status updates, what, even to our videos, watch your insights within Facebook and Facebook will tell you absolutely where and how your costumer reacting to your pictures, status updates, or to your videos. And now, you know what your costumer likes,and now you can do more of it.
This gives you an great idea of what your customers are looking for. And when you see in your insight, what works for you and what doesn't build a strategy around what works and do more, building out an online strategy is a long term strategy. You will not build trust within a week or two weeks.
You need to build out your social media, your digital footprint in the online world. And you should make sure that you understand it is a long term strategy. It is, it is not a sprint. It is a marathon slow and steady, especially steady. You need to have a strategy in place where you are consistent showing up online with a strategy so that you can build your online presence and you can build your digital footprint.
